I'm a mentor in engineering. I've spent my career as a bus driver and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Siti
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Siti: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 2017. I still have your notes. Greetings from Embakasi.
