I teach mathematics at Istanbul Academy in Istanbul since 2003. Most days I teach Grade 11, and I learn every name in the first week.
Over the years I've had 1,200 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Sinan
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
