Helping people break into first-generation students

For nine years I've mentored people in first-generation students and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Simona: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
