Silvia Farina
Mentor in trades and leadership
- 🇮🇹 Salerno, Campania, Italy
- Baobab Association
- 2008 to 2016
- Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 170 people through Baobab Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
