For 22 years I ran the tennis program at Charlotte Football Club in Charlotte. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Silas
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Silas: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
