Shirley P. Flores

Helping people break into design

  • 🇨🇦 Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada
  • Lethbridge Mentoring Circle
  • Since 2006
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 640 people through Lethbridge Mentoring Circle. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.

More about Shirley

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
