Shirin Shima Ghosh
Volunteer mentor with Narayanganj Association
- 🇧🇩 Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Narayanganj Association
- 1991 to 2005

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 290 people through Narayanganj Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Shirin
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
