Shinji Kazuo Hayashi

Helping people break into small business

  • 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
  • Tokyo Association
  • Since 2005
  • Japanese
For 21 years I've mentored people in small business and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.

You helped me get my first small business job in 2014. I still have your notes. Greetings from Jerusalem.
