Helping people break into engineering
- 🇯🇵 Kyoto, Kyoto, Japan
- Kyoto Mentoring Circle
- Since 2017
- English, Japanese
For nine years I've mentored people in engineering and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Shinji
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
