Sharon W. Norwood

Helping people break into public speaking

  • 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
  • Beacon Association
  • Since 1984
  • English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,970 people through Beacon Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I'm still learning every day.

More about Sharon

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
