For 16 years I have been the early years teacher at Üsküdar Middle School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 480 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Sevgi
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
