Volunteer mentor with Heritage Mentoring Circle

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,010 people through Heritage Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Selamawit
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
