Helping people break into small business
- 🇪🇹 Adama, Oromia, Ethiopia

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,590 people through Adama Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Selam: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first small business job in 1989. I still have your notes. Greetings from Jalandhar.
