Selam Alemu
Youth table tennis coach and mentor
- 🇪🇹 Bahir Dar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Northside Football Club
- 2000 to 2010
- English, Amharic
For ten years I ran the table tennis program at Northside Football Club in Bahir Dar. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.

What gifts mean to Selam: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
