Helping people break into software
- 🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Rio de Janeiro Foundation
- 2017 to 2025
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 260 people through Rio de Janeiro Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
