Sebastián L. Montes
Volunteer mentor with Rosario Learning Hub
- 🇦🇷 Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina
- Rosario Learning Hub
- Since 2007
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,010 people through Rosario Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Sebastián
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Sebastián: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
