Mentor in nursing and law school

For eight years I've mentored people in nursing and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
