I coached cross country at Essen Swimming Club from 2001 to 2013. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

What gifts mean to Sebastian: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
