I coached softball at Dortmund Westbrook Football Club from 2001 to 2015. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
More about Greta
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Greta: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
