Sebastián Aguilar
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Lafayette, Louisiana, United States
- Lafayette Repairs
- Since 2005
- English, Spanish
My trade is welding. I opened my own shop in 2005 in Lafayette and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
More about Sebastián
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Sebastián: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
