Satria Andi Rahman

Youth volleyball coach and mentor

  • 🇮🇩 Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia
  • Surabaya Swimming Club
  • Since 2017
  • English, French
I've coached volleyball at Surabaya Swimming Club since 2017. Most of my players were between 12 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

More about Satria

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
