For 20 years I've mentored people in farming and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Santiago

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

Farming Entrepreneurship

What gifts mean to Santiago: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
