Santiago F. Ibáñez
Volunteer mentor with Holy Cross Association
- 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- 1987 to 2023
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 830 people through Holy Cross Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
