Help Mercy restart a neighborhood bakery in Mandaue after a long illness and repossession
Mercy has run a neighborhood bakery for three years; a long illness and repossession destroyed the equipment, and $600 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a neighborhood bakery in Mandaue. In May, a long illness and repossession took a commercial oven. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 12 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $600 goes:
• Replacing a commercial oven: $270
• Initial stock: flour, butter and sugar: $125
• Shop repairs and licensing: $85
• Working capital for the first month: $120
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
Updates from Mercy
Quick update: $60 raised so far (10%). the plan for shop repairs and licensing is now scheduled. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.

Rooting for you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Coimbatore.
