I coached wrestling at Bogotá Boxing Gym from 1997 to 2022. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
I'm still learning every day.
