I coached football at Our Lady of Peace Football Club from 1985 to 1998. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you played for me, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
