For 35 years I've run the cycling program at Kathmandu Boxing Gym in Kathmandu. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm still learning every day.
