Recovery mentor, Lalitpur

- Lalitpur Mentoring Circle
- 1984 to 2003

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through Lalitpur Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Samjhana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
