Samir Sami Soliman
Professor of materials science, Aswan University
- 🇪🇬 Aswan, Aswan, Egypt
- Aswan University
- Since 1982
- English
I teach materials science at Aswan University since 1982, and supervised 36 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I watch every football match going.
More about Samir
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Samir: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
