Salvador P. Navarro
Swimming and fitness coach, Veracruz
- 🇲🇽 Veracruz, Veracruz, Mexico
- Since 1980
- Spanish
For 46 years I've run the swimming program at Veracruz Boxing Gym in Veracruz. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Salvador
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Salvador: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 2003. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Moscow.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
