I've coached athletics at Ciudad de México Sunrise Sports Club since 1994. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Nicolás
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Nicolás: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
