Salvador N. Aguilar
Mentor in careers and farming
- 🇦🇷 Santa Fe, Santa Fe, Argentina
- Elmwood Association
- Since 1996
- Spanish
For 30 years I've mentored people in careers and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Salvador
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Salvador: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
