Salma Hala Bouzid
Self-taught sculpture artist
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Old Orchid Print Workshop
- Since 1999
- English
I got into sculpture as a hobby and somewhere along the way it became the thing I do every day.
Most of my work is inspired by the river near my house. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Salma
I've had 10 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

I bought one of your pieces in 2016. It's still the first thing I see in the morning. Greetings from Gaya.
