Khalid Bilal Benali
Self-taught oil painting artist
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Little Rosewood Studio
- Since 1999
- English, Arabic
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes illustration. My first show was in 1999 at Little Rosewood Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Little Rosewood Studio, which keeps me honest.
More about Khalid
I've had 8 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Khalid: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
