For 16 years I ran the cross country program at Cedar Grove Boxing Gym in Arusha. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Salim: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
