For 24 years I've run the cricket program at Acacia Youth Club in Lahore. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
