I've coached dance at St. Joseph's Sports Club since 1978. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Nida
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Nida: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
