Helping people break into software
- 🇧🇩 Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Narayanganj Foundation
- 2007 to 2022
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 860 people through Narayanganj Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Sabina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Sabina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
