Ryan F. Tolentino

Cook and owner of Highland Table

  • 🇵🇭 Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
  • Highland Table
  • Since 1991
  • English
I've cooked since 1991, first at home, then at Highland Table and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you. My recipes mostly come from my older brother. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Ryan

I still cook the same soup every Friday.
