Ruth Mulu Negash
Small business mentor, Jimma
- 🇪🇹 Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Jimma Learning Hub
- 2012 to 2021
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 300 people through Jimma Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Ruth
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
