Russell G. Johnson
Trades mentor, Ottawa
- 🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
- Lakeview Community Trust
- 2015 to 2025
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 230 people through Lakeview Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Russell: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
