Rubén K. Nava
Thatching for twelve years in Mérida
- 🇲🇽 Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico
- Little Holy Cross Shop
- 1985 to 1997
- Spanish
I've worked in thatching from 1985 to 1997. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 600 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
What gifts mean to Rubén: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
