Rowan Radcliffe
35 years teaching design and technology in Manukau
- 🇳🇿 Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand
- 1995 to 2025
- English
For 30 years I was the design and technology teacher at Lincoln Girls' School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Rowan
If you were in my Year 7 class, you probably remember the end-of-term party.

What gifts mean to Rowan: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
