I'm a photography artist based in Dar es Salaam. I've been making things from 1986 to 1998 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Rose
I've had 10 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Rose: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
