Rosângela Ana Freitas
Nursing mentor, Juazeiro do Norte
- 🇧🇷 Juazeiro do Norte, Ceará, Brazil
- Elmwood Association
- Since 1978
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,590 people through Elmwood Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Rosângela
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
