Rosa N. Tapia
Mentor in teaching and leadership
- 🇨🇴 Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia
- Envigado Foundation
- Since 2013
- English, Spanish
For 13 years I've mentored people in teaching and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Rosa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
