I coached netball at Seattle Beacon Sports Club from 1999 to 2007. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
What gifts mean to Rosa: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
