Roman Sosina Mekonnen
Helping people break into entrepreneurship
- 🇪🇹 Adama, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Adama Youth Network
- Since 2006
- English
For 20 years I've mentored people in entrepreneurship and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Roman
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Roman: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
