Roman Demissie
Mentor in careers and recovery
- 🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia

For 39 years I've mentored people in careers and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Roman
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Roman: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
