Rolando W. De Leon
Youth netball coach and mentor
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Manila Youth Club
- 1979 to 2011
- English, Filipino
For 32 years I ran the netball program at Manila Youth Club in Manila. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Rolando
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Rolando: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
